Seachem Safe 250gm

Safe is the complete and concentrated dry conditioner for both fresh and salt water. It removes chlorine, chloramine and ammonia, it also converts ammonia into a safe non-toxic form that is readily removed by the biofilter in tanks. Safe may be used during tank cycling to alleviate ammonia/nitrate, allowing the biofilter to more efficiently remove them. It is non -acidic and will not impact pH, use at start-up and whenever adding or replacing water

Directions
Use 1.25 grams (1/4 tea spoons) for every 1,250 liters as needed to reduce chlorine and chloramine or use 1.25 grams (1/4 tea spoons) for every 300 liters for ammonia. May be added to aquarium directly, but better if added to new water first. If adding directly to aquarium, base dose on aquarium volume. For exceptionally high chloramine concentrations, a double dose may be used safely. To detoxify nitrite in an emergency, up to 4 times normal dose may be used. I temperature is greater than 30 degree Celsius and chlorine or ammonia levels are low, use a half dose.
