NT LABS Pond Magiclear for Crystal Clear Pond Water
NT LABS Pond Magiclear is a high-efficiency flocculant specifically engineered to combat cloudy and green water in pond environments. By forcing microscopic particles and algae to clump together, it transforms suspended debris into larger masses. These aggregates then either settle out of the water column or are efficiently captured by the pond filter, leaving behind clear, transparent water.
Whether you are dealing with a sudden bloom of algae or persistent cloudiness, this product provides a reliable solution. For severe cases, such as "pea soup" water, it works in tandem with partial water changes to ensure the biological load is reduced, allowing the flocculant to work more effectively while keeping your fish safe and healthy.

How to Use This Pond Water Clarifier
- Pre-Treatment Testing: Test the pH and KH of your pond water to ensure pH is above 7 and KH is above 6.
- Oxygenation: Ensure the pond is well-aerated using a fountain, waterfall, or air pump.
- Partial Water Change: Conduct a partial water change (30% normally, or 50% for severe green water) before application.
- Pump Adjustment: If the flow rate is exceptionally strong, switch off the pump temporarily to allow particles to clump, then restart it as water clarifies.
- Application: Mix the calculated dose (5ml per 91L) in a clean bucket of pond water and pour evenly around the pond.
- Post-Treatment: Once the water clarifies, clean the collected particles from your filter.
Care & Maintenance Tips
- Observation: Use the product only when you have sufficient time to observe your fish for any reactions.
- Avoid Low Oxygen Times: Do not apply at daybreak, during hot/humid/thundery weather, or within three hours of feeding when dissolved oxygen may be low.
- Nitrite Check: Never use this product if there is detectable nitrite in the water.
- Re-treatment Interval: Wait 7 days and perform a partial water change before repeating the treatment.
- Filter Hygiene: Always clean filters after 7 days to prevent clumped algae/bacteria from breaking down and causing ammonia or nitrite spikes.
- Flow Control: If no effect is seen, try reducing the pump flow rate, as excessive turbulence can break up forming clumps.
