Care & Aquascaping Tips

• Thrives under medium lighting; will adapt to low-tech tanks though growth may be slower.
• CO₂ benefits overall appearance, density, and leaf coloration but is not strictly required.
• Prefers nutrient-rich substrate with liquid fertiliser or root tabs.
• Maintain water temperature between 20–28 °C and pH between 6–7.5 for optimal health.

Planting & Propagation Recommendations

• Separate stems into clusters of 3–5 stems, and plant 3–5 cm apart for fuller grouping.
• Plant deeper (2–3 cm) to ensure firm rooting and stability.
• Trim regularly by cutting the top 2–3 nodes to promote lateral branching and bushier growth.
• Combine with finer foreground carpets for visual layering, or integrate into background mass planting.
