How to Use This Dosing Pump
- Carefully mount the Jebao MD-4.4 Smart Doser to the edge of your aquarium glass using the integrated pump holder, ensuring the glass thickness does not exceed 0.75 inches for a secure fit.
- Connect the appropriate dosing tubes to each of the four pump heads. Place the intake ends of the tubes into the containers of your chosen liquid supplements (e.g., Calcium, Magnesium, Trace Elements).

- Perform an initial manual dose using the app's manual control feature to prime the lines and verify proper operation before starting automated dosing.
- Monitor your aquarium's water parameters regularly to fine-tune the dosing schedule and volumes for optimal results.
Care & Maintenance Tips
- Regularly inspect all dosing tubes for any signs of kinks, blockages, or wear. Replace tubing as needed to prevent dosing inaccuracies or failures.
- Periodically clean the pump heads and connections to prevent salt creep or supplement residue buildup, which can impair pump performance and accuracy.
- Ensure the dosing pump and its power connections are kept dry and free from water splashes or condensation to prevent damage and ensure longevity.
- Check the WiFi connection status within the app periodically to confirm that the doser is connected and executing its programmed schedule correctly.
- Always ensure that supplement reservoirs have sufficient liquid to prevent the pumps from running dry, which can lead to airlocks or damage.
- Calibrate the dosing pump annually or whenever you notice inconsistencies in your water parameters to ensure precise and accurate dispensing of solutions.
