Aquavascular Cyano-Rid – Cyanobacteria (Blue-Green Algae) Remover for Freshwater Aquariums
Aquavascular Cyano-Rid is a specialized treatment designed to combat cyanobacteria, a stubborn bacterial-algae film that appears as blue-green, reddish or black slimy patches across aquarium surfaces. This product helps safely dissolve and detach cyanobacteria while preserving the integrity of your aquarium’s biological filtration when used correctly.
Cyano-Rid is especially helpful in tanks suffering from poor circulation, excess organic waste or nutrient imbalance — conditions where cyanobacteria commonly develop. With consistent dosing and proper tank maintenance, this solution restores clarity, cleanliness and a healthy environment for fish and plants.

- Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use.

Spot-Treatment Method
- Dilute the recommended number of drops in a small container of aquarium water.
- Apply gently onto affected areas using a dropper or syringe.

Care & Maintenance Tips
- Ensure strong water movement in dead zones to prevent cyanobacteria from returning.
- Reduce overfeeding and manage organics to limit nutrient spikes.
- Perform regular water changes during treatment recovery.
- Maintain stable nitrate levels — very low nitrate can encourage cyano growth.
- Monitor livestock closely during treatment; increase aeration if fish show stress.
- Store the product in a cool, dark place; avoid exposure to heat and sunlight.
