ADA AP103 Microsorum pteropus 'Trident'

ADA AP103 Microsorum pteropus 'Trident' – Compact, Textured Fern for Nature Aquariums

The ADA AP103 Microsorum pteropus 'Trident' is a beautifully refined Java Fern variety recognized for its graceful, forked leaf shape. Its thin, deeply split fronds create a soft, flowing texture that enhances the natural aesthetics of planted aquariums. Cultivated in Aqua Design Amano’s advanced greenhouse, this plant arrives robust, algae-free, and ready for easy adaptation in your aquascape.

‘Trident’ is an epiphytic species that attaches naturally to hardscape elements such as driftwood, rocks, or ADA Branch Wood. It grows steadily and maintains its compact shape under low to medium light, requiring little intervention. Its resilience and versatility make it ideal for both low-tech and CO₂-enriched aquariums. This elegant fern variant brings balance and rhythm to your Nature Aquarium composition while remaining easy to manage.
